To obtain flow test information, please print this application and return to the Town of Windsor's Administrative Services Department located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building #300 with payment of $180 for each hydrant to be tested. Your request will then be submitted to Public Works for processing. Please allow 4 working days (Monday - Thursday) to receive the results. Any questions regarding your flow test may be directed to Public Works Water Operations.
